Karnavati Engineering Limited is out in Gujarat, specifically at S. No. 342 in Nani Kadi. That’s in the Kadi Taluka, which is part of the Mehsana district. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here from the bigger cities, but this is where the land is and where we can have a proper engineering setup. The area is quite industrial. We have a fairly large space at Survey Number 342. It’s a big building with high ceilings and lots of equipment. We don’t have any polished floors or air-conditioned lobbies. It’s a factory environment. People here are used to the heat and the sound of the machines. We spend the day looking at blueprints and making sure the fabrication is going right. We don’t talk much about "visions" or "excellence." We just talk about whether the parts fit and if the machines are running. It’s a practical way of working. Most of our staff comes from the local villages around Mehsana. We’ve been a part of the Nani Kadi area for a long time. It feels like home to us. The roads around here can be a bit rough, but we’re used to it. We keep things moving and don’t make a fuss. It’s just a regular engineering firm in the heart of Gujarat. We do our work, look after our equipment, and try to keep everything on schedule. It’s nothing more and nothing less than that.
