We've been over at S No.342 in Nani Kadi for a while now. It's a busy spot in Taluka-Kadi and most people around here know where we are. Dealing with engineering stuff is what we do day in and day out. Sometimes it's noisy and there's a lot of grease, but that's just how the work goes. We have a crew that shows up early and gets things moving on the machines. It's not a fancy place, just a regular workshop where we try to get things right. Some of the guys have been here for years and they know every corner of this building. We handle the parts and the metal work as it comes in. Usually, it's pretty steady. If you're driving through Nani Kadi, you'll see the sign. It’s mostly about making sure the equipment is running like it should. We don't spend much time on office work or making things look pretty, because the real work happens on the floor. It gets dusty in the summer and a bit cold when the winds come through, but we manage. Most of our tools have some wear and tear, but they still do the job fine. We just focus on the engineering side and keeping the shop organized enough to find what we need. It's honest work and it keeps us busy. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a specific project when a machine acts up. It's just part of the routine here in Kadi. We keep some spare parts tucked away in the back just in case we need them in a hurry.
