Kamala Quality Bite

Kamala Quality Bite is located at B-16 in Swami Narayan Avenue, right by the AEC Cross Road in Naranpura. It’s a busy corner of the city, and there’s always something going on outside our door. We’ve been in this spot for a good bit of time now. People in Naranpura know the avenue well, so finding us isn't too hard once you get to the cross road. Our space is pretty straightforward. We spend our mornings getting everything ready for the day. There's a lot of prep work involved, and the kitchen area is usually the busiest part of the whole place. We aren't a big chain or anything like that. We’re just a local spot where we try to keep things consistent. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the traffic picks up outside, but we’re used to it by now. The staff here are mostly locals, and we’ve all learned how to work in the small space we have available. It’s not a fancy setup with leather chairs and air conditioning that always works perfectly. It’s just a place where we work hard and hope people like what we’re doing. We focus on the daily tasks like cleaning, prepping, and making sure the supplies are fresh. It’s a lot of routine, but we don’t mind it. We just keep our heads down and stay busy until it's time to close up and head home for the night.
