Kaivanya Extrusion

The workshop is located in Plot 2905, right in the middle of Phase IV in Vatva. If you know the GIDC area, you know it’s always busy with trucks and people moving crates around. We’ve been here at Kaivanya Extrusion for a long time, mostly dealing with the machines that pull out plastic profiles. The air smells like hot metal and sometimes burnt plastic if a heater gets too high. It’s not a quiet place. There is always a rhythmic thumping from the extruders. Our tools are scattered across the workbenches because someone is always fixing a die or adjusting a screw. It’s a practical setup. We don't have any shiny reception area or leather chairs. If you visit, you’ll probably find us near the cooling tanks checking the dimensions of whatever is coming off the line. We mostly talk about the day's production and whether the raw material batch is good or not. Lunch is usually eaten quick so we can get back to the floor. The electrical panels sometimes give us trouble when the voltage fluctuates, but that's just life in an industrial zone. We keep a few spare motors in the corner just in case. It's a straightforward operation where everyone knows their job. We just keep the machines running and the floor clean enough to walk through without tripping over a pipe. No one here cares much for corporate talk.
