Jipco Engineering Works

Jipco Engineering Works is out in Gidc Odhav, right across from Prima Chemical. We occupy plots 339 and 340. It’s an industrial area, so don't expect it to be pretty. There is usually dust in the air and the sound of machinery coming from every direction. That’s just life in GIDC. Our workshop is a large space where we handle all the engineering tasks. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, especially with the metal roofs, but we have some big fans that help a bit. We’ve been in Odhav for a long time and have seen the area change, though it always stays busy with trucks and workers. Our office is just a small room partitioned off from the main shop floor. It’s where we keep the books and take calls. You can usually find a layer of grime on most things, no matter how much we clean. That’s just the nature of engineering work. We don't have a marketing team or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from other businesses in the GIDC or people who have known us for decades. We focus on fixing things and making parts that work. It’s hard work, and we usually go home with grease on our hands. Being opposite Prima Chemical makes us easy to find if you’re looking for us in the maze of Odhav.
