If you walk through Chirag Estate near Revabhai Estate in Amraiwadi, you’ll find us at 119/2. JHAHAL INDUSTRIES is a small-scale operation, and we like it that way. The area is very crowded, with small shops and factories packed together. Our space is filled with the sound of machines and the smell of whatever we are making that day. It’s not a clean, white-walled factory. It’s a real workshop with oil on the floor and tools hanging on the walls. We’ve been in Amraiwadi for a long time, and we know most of the neighbors. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just a few of us making sure the production stays on track. The lighting is a bit dim in some corners, but we know where every nut and bolt is kept. We spend our days managing the machines and making sure the orders are ready to go out. The streets outside are always jammed with rickshaws and delivery trucks, so getting stuff in and out is always an adventure. We don't talk much about visions or strategies. We just focus on getting the parts right. It’s a tiring job, and by the end of the shift, we’re all ready to head home. But there’s a certain satisfaction in seeing the crates get loaded up. We’re just a local business doing our thing in a busy part of town.
