Jayantilal & Co. is located on the Sarkhej Changodar Highway at Plot No. 270/271. We are right near the Rmc Plant and the Chennar Mata Mandir, which are the main landmarks people use to find our gates. Being right on the highway means there is a constant roar of trucks and buses passing by all the time. It is a very industrial area. Our yard is often filled with materials, and the dust from the road is something we have to fight every single day. We’ve been in Changodar for quite a while now. The office is a simple room with a couple of desks, a few chairs, and a lot of paper ledgers. We do a lot of our business face-to-face or over the phone. It’s a busy environment. We see a lot of drivers and contractors coming through the door. Sometimes the heat on the highway is just brutal, so we have a small water cooler running non-stop. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate policies written on the walls. We just know what needs to be moved and where it needs to go by the end of the day. The temple nearby brings a little bit of peace to the otherwise chaotic surroundings. On festival days, the whole road gets even more crowded than usual. We just work around it as best as we can. It’s a gritty, honest place. We handle the supplies, check the invoices, and make sure the trucks are loaded properly. That’s the daily routine.
