Jaya Engineerng

Jaya Engineerng is tucked away at 13 Radhika Estate, inside the Narnarayan Mill Compound. It’s right across from the Vishnu petrol pump on National Highway No 8, so it’s easy to find if you’re driving by Ctm. The compound itself is pretty old and has that classic industrial feel to it. There’s always trucks moving around and the smell of diesel in the air from the highway nearby. Inside our unit, we deal with all kinds of engineering tasks. It’s a bit of a maze getting back here, but once you’re inside, you’ll see we have everything set up for the work we do. We don't have any flashy signs or a big reception area. Usually, you’ll find us in our overalls, probably covered in a bit of grease or metal shavings. We take on whatever comes our way, from small repairs to bigger parts that need making. The lighting isn't the best in some corners of the shop, but we know where everything is. It’s a noisy place with the sounds of the machinery running, and we usually have to shout a bit to hear each other over the hum. We’ve been in this spot for a long time, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the mill compound. It’s a decent place to work, even if it’s a bit rough around the edges. We just focus on getting the daily list of tasks finished before we head home.
