Jay Khodiyar Engineers

Jay Khodiyar Engineers is located at Plot No. 18 in the Shree Ram Estate. This is over in Odhav, specifically near Soni Ki Chaal and Odhav Gam. We are quite close to Anup Engineering, which is a big landmark around here. Our estate is filled with small units doing all kinds of engineering work. We’ve been here for several years, working away in our corner. The shop is filled with the sound of grinding and welding most of the day. It’s a rough and tumble kind of place, but it works for us. We handle a lot of different engineering tasks depending on what the local factories need. Odhav is a very industrial part of town, so there is always something going on. We don't have a lobby or a secretary to greet you. You just walk into the shed and find one of us. Our clothes are usually stained with grease and we probably look a bit tired by five o'clock. That's just the reality of running a small engineering shop. We’ve built up a good relationship with the other shops in Shree Ram Estate. Sometimes we trade tools or help each other out with big pieces of metal. It’s a community of makers and fixers. We just focus on the task at hand and try to do a decent job every time. No fancy words are needed for that.
