The industrial estate is a busy spot with lots of trucks and noise. We fit right in there. Our building is a solid place where we do our engineering work every day. It is not always the cleanest place because we are working with metal and machines all the time. Changodar is a good location for a business like ours. We have enough space at 48/A to get our tasks done. We aren't a big corporation with fancy titles. Most of us just go by our first names. We spend our time fixing things and making sure the machines are running right. It is a lot of hands-on work. Sometimes the dust from the industrial estate gets into the shop but we just sweep it out and keep going. We don't have a big philosophy or a list of goals. We just want to do the work well and go home to our families. If you are looking for Jay Kesari Engineers, just look for the Ashwamegh sign and follow the road down to A block. We are usually there from early morning until the sun goes down. It is a practical place for practical people. That is really all there is to it. Changodar is a bit far for some, but for engineering it is the right spot. Our unit at 48/A has been our home for years. We aren't going anywhere else anytime soon.
