Jay Corporation

Our place, Jay Corporation, is tucked inside the Dhanjibhai Industrial Estate at unit number 20. We are right near the Revabhai Estate in the C.T.M. area of Amraiwadi. It’s a massive industrial zone, so there’s always the sound of machinery and trucks moving around. Our unit is basically a large shed with a small partitioned area for the office. It’s not the quietest place to work, but you get used to the hum of the estate pretty fast. I spend most of my day sitting behind a wooden desk that’s seen better days. We handle all sorts of orders and the phone never really stops ringing. Amraiwadi is a tough place to commute to sometimes because of the traffic, but once you’re inside the estate, it’s all about the work. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. It’s just us. We’ve got a small kettle for making coffee and that’s about it for perks. Jay Corporation has been in this spot for a while. We know the other business owners nearby and we often help each other out when someone is short on supplies. It’s a gritty, busy environment, but it’s where we belong. We focus on getting the orders out on time. No bells or whistles, just daily labor. If you’re coming to see us, just follow the signs for C.T.M. and look for unit 20. It's a simple operation but we keep the wheels turning day in and day out.
