Jahal Engineering

Our place is tucked away at Survey No. 451/452, specifically Plot No. 5/3 in Momainagar. It’s part of the Rabari Colony area in Odhav, which is a busy little corner of the world. Jahal Engineering is right opposite the AMC Store, and if you go behind Shree Nath Dairy, you’ll run into us. The smell of the dairy is something you get used to after a few days. We’ve been operating out of this plot for some time now, and it has become like a second home to the staff. It isn't a huge space, but we make the most of every square inch. We’ve got our machines lined up and enough room to move the heavy stuff around when we need to. There’s always something being hammered or cut, so it stays noisy until we close up for the evening. Sometimes the neighbors from the colony stop by just to say hello while they’re out on errands. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big corporate look. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the desk is piled high with papers and sketches, but we know where everything is. It’s just us doing engineering work day in and day out. We focus on getting the pieces built and making sure they actually work when they leave the shop. It’s a straightforward life here in Momainagar, just working hard and heading home.
