Jackson Machines

Jackson Machines is located at the Royal Industrial Estate. We’re near the Odav Circle on the Nikol Kadhvada Ring Road. It’s a very busy part of the city with a lot of trucks moving around all the time. Sometimes the dust from the road gets into everything, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the surfaces. Our unit is number 22. It’s right near the Visala Estate too. Most days are spent handling mechanical stuff and dealing with local transport guys. It’s a lot of manual work and checking things over and over. The ring road makes it easy for deliveries, but the traffic during peak hours is quite bad. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. The neighbors are mostly other small workshops, so there’s a lot of clanking and banging throughout the day. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. The office is just a small corner partitioned off from the main workshop area. It’s a bit messy with blueprints and old parts, but we know where everything is. We just focus on getting the machines ready and out the door. It's a simple life here, just showing up and putting in the hours. The tea breaks are the highlight of the afternoon when we all sit outside for a bit and watch the traffic go by. It’s just the way things are in this part of Ahmedabad. We don't ask for much more than a smooth workday.
