Jackson Machine

Jackson Machine is a small workshop. We've been here at Royal Estate for a while now. It's right near Vishala Estate, on the Gidc Main Road. We handle metal parts and repair work mostly. It gets loud in the shop but we like it that way. Usually, people come by if they need something fixed or a specific part made. My dad started this place years ago. We have a few older lathes and some new stuff too. Sometimes things get messy with the grease and oil everywhere, but that’s just part of the job. We don't have a fancy office, just a desk in the corner. If you walk past the main gate at number sixteen, you’ll see our sign. People know us for just getting on with the work. We don't spend much time talking, we just focus on the machines. Some days the heat is a bit much but we keep the fans going. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. We mostly deal with local folks from the surrounding industrial area. If someone has a problem with their equipment, they bring it over. We take a look, see what can be done, and try to get it back to them. It's not a complicated setup here. Just a few guys working together to make sure things run right. That’s pretty much how we spend our days. It is a steady way to make a living and we hope to keep it going for a long time.
