J. K. Engineers

J. K. Engineers is located at 8 Sarap, which is right across from the Navjivan Press just off Ashram Road. It’s a well-known area in the city, so people usually don't have much trouble finding us. Our shop is simple and functional. We have our equipment set up in a way that makes sense for the flow of our work, even if it looks a bit crowded to an outsider. Ashram Road is always humming with traffic, and that energy seems to bleed into our daily routine. We open the doors early and stay until the work is finished. There’s a certain smell to the place—a mix of metal, coolant, and old paper. We don't have a dedicated sales team; we just answer the door and talk to whoever walks in. Sometimes it’s a neighbor needing a small fix, and other times it’s a bigger order for specialized parts. We’ve got a couple of old fans that struggle to keep the place cool in the summer, but we just drink plenty of water and keep moving. Our desks are covered in spare parts and old invoices, but we know where everything is. We don't believe in being flashy or using big words to describe what we do. We are just engineers who have been in this building for a long time, doing the same kind of honest work day after day. It’s a predictable life, and we like it that way.
