Down at Isanpur Char Rasta, you’ll find us in Prakash Colony at number 8. We are pretty much directly across from Sardar Bank—actually, it’s listed twice in our address because that’s how everyone knows where we are. Making bricks is messy work, there is no way around that. We spend our days out in the yard dealing with clay and heat. It’s not a glamorous business, but houses need to be built. The area around Isanpur is always moving, and being near the Char Rasta means we hear the traffic all day long. We’ve got our setup here where we manufacture everything, and it can get quite hot when the weather is up. Most of the guys here have been doing this for years, so we know the rhythm of the work. We don't bother with fancy brochures or a front office that looks like a hotel. It’s just a yard with bricks and some basic office space for the bills. When the rain comes, it gets a bit tricky with the mud, but we manage. You’ll see the bank first and then you’ll see our stacks. It’s a practical place for people who just want to get their materials and go. We keep things straightforward. No one here wears a suit, and the tea is usually strong. We just keep the production going as best as we can.
