Inspir On Engineering is located at Survey No. 320 on Odhav Road. Odhav is a pretty industrial part of town, so there are always lots of trucks and heavy vehicles moving around outside. Our place is quite large, and we’ve been here for a good number of years. We do a lot of engineering work, which basically means we spend our time around large pieces of metal and loud machinery. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to wear a nice suit. We’re usually in our work clothes, covered in a bit of grease or dust. The building has seen a lot of use, but it’s sturdy and holds everything we need. We have a team of guys who really know their way around a lathe and a welding torch. We don't really do the whole 'corporate culture' thing. We just have a quick chat in the morning about what needs to be fabricated and then we get to it. Sometimes we stay late to finish a job, and other times we’re just waiting for material to arrive. It’s the usual up and down of an engineering shop. We’ve grown a bit over the years, adding more space at the back, but the way we work hasn’t changed much. We just focus on the drawings and making sure the final product actually works. It’s practical, everyday engineering without any of the fancy talk.
