Indian Ion Exchange Chemical Industries

Indian Ion Exchange Chemical Industries is located out in the Gidc Estate Naroda, specifically at D-11 in Diamond Park, Phase-Iii. It is a big industrial area and can get quite dusty when the wind picks up across the estate. We spend our days surrounded by tanks and pipes and the smell of the work we do here. It is a hot place, especially in the middle of the summer when the metal roofs really soak up the heat. We wear our gear and move between the different sections of the facility to check on things. There is usually a truck parked out front waiting to be loaded or unloaded with supplies. The roads around Phase-Iii can be a bit rough after the rains but we are used to navigating them by now. Inside the office part, we try to keep the fans going to stay cool while we manage the schedules. It is a practical environment where everything has its place, even if it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. We have been at this address for a good stretch of time and the rhythm of the machinery is like background music to us. People come and go throughout the shift and we just make sure the chemical processes are running like they should. It is just a regular industrial site where we put in our hours and go home. We don’t really worry about much else besides the tasks at hand.
