Indian Brothers Engineering

We are based in Ahmedabad, doing engineering work for quite some time now. It’s a family thing, run by brothers as the name says. Ahmedabad is a big city with lots of industry, so there is never a shortage of things to fix or make. Our workshop is where we spend most of our daylight hours. It gets pretty hot here during the summer months, but that’s just how it is in Gujarat. We started small and just kept at it. We handle a lot of different mechanical parts and repairs. Sometimes the floor is covered in metal shavings and oil, but that’s a sign of a good day's work. We don't have a big office or anything, just the space where the machines are. Usually, one of us is talking to a customer while the other is busy on the lathe or welding something in the back. It’s not a quiet job. The traffic in Ahmedabad can be a headache when we’re trying to get parts delivered, but we’ve learned to work around it. We know a lot of the other shop owners nearby. We just try to do the job right the first time so people come back when they have another problem. It’s a simple life, really. We open up early and close when the work is finished. Nothing too complicated about it. We just enjoy the work and the fact that we get to do it together.
