Shivam Engineering

Shivam Engineering is tucked away in Celler 1 of the Flat India Colony. If you know where Ramji Mandir is, you basically found us because we are right opposite that. Being in a cellar means it stays a bit cooler than the street outside, which is nice during those long afternoons. It’s a modest setup we have here. We don't have a big neon sign or anything like that. People mostly know us because they live nearby or have heard about our work through word of mouth. The colony is usually pretty quiet, except for when there's something happening at the mandir. We spend most of our time at the benches, working on whatever project is on the schedule for that week. There is always a smell of oil and metal in the air, but you stop noticing it after five minutes. Sometimes we have to move things around just to make space to walk, especially when a big delivery comes in. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in town. We just want to do a decent job and go home to our families. It’s a simple way of living. We’ve gotten used to the layout of this cellar over the years. Everything has its place, even if it looks a bit messy to an outsider. Shivam Engineering is just us working hard in the colony. It works for us and the people we help out every week.
