Our place is over at 14/1/A in the Panchratna Industrial Estate. It is a standard industrial unit that doesn't look like much from the outside, but we keep it busy. We spend our time making different machines for food businesses. There is always some welding or polishing going on, and the smell of oil and cut metal is something you just get used to. Our workers have been with us for a long time and they know how to handle the heavy equipment. It can get quite loud when all the machines are running together, so we sometimes have to shout to be heard. We don't really have a big office area or a receptionist. Most of the time, we are just out there on the floor with everyone else. The estate is pretty big, and it is easy to take a wrong turn if you are not looking for our specific block. We have seen the industry change over the years, but the way we work hasn't changed all that much. We still use our hands for a lot of the finishing. Sometimes we get an order for something we haven't made before, so we have to sit down and figure out the best way to build it. It is not always easy, but we get there in the end. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just want to keep things moving and make sure our customers are satisfied enough to come back.
