Our place, Hindustan Dorr Oliver Technologies Limited, is situated on the Isanpur-Vatva Road. It’s in the Wadi area, listed under Maharashtra with the pin 380 050. It’s an industrial sort of location, which makes sense for the type of technology work we do. The road can be quite busy with trucks and people moving about. Our building is a solid, functional space. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the front looks. We care more about what’s happening inside. There’s a lot of equipment and technical stuff laying around because that’s the nature of our job. We have a crew that’s been together for a while. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing. We just talk like normal people and get the projects finished. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with all the traffic on the Vatva road, but we just keep the doors closed and carry on. It’s a practical environment. We don’t have a big HR department or fancy lunchrooms. We usually just eat at our desks or go to a local spot nearby for some food. It’s a straightforward life here. We focus on the tech side of things and make sure the work gets done without any extra fluff. That's just how we operate in this part of town. We keep it simple and keep moving forward every day.
