HIND PULVERIZER WORKS

HIND PULVERIZER WORKS is down at B-3/2, Ambica Estate on Nagarwell Hanuman Road. We’re right near the Sukhramnagar Post Office, which is actually very helpful for when we have to mail out documents or small parts. Being in Ambica Estate means we are surrounded by other small workshops and businesses, so there is always the sound of hammers or engines in the distance. Our space is basically a large shed with some office space carved out in the front. It’s a bit rough around the edges—the floors are concrete and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we don't worry about that much. We’re more concerned with the pulverizing work we do and keeping the machines in good shape. It gets quite dusty here because of the nature of the work, so we’re always wiping down the desks and the equipment. We have a small group of guys who have been doing this for a long time and they know exactly how the machines should sound when they’re running right. Most of the day is spent handling orders or overseeing the processing on the floor. We don’t have a fancy website or a big marketing team; we just answer the phone when it rings and do the work that comes in. It’s a basic, no-frills kind of life here. We just put our heads down and get through the daily tasks.
