Heena Engineering Co. Ltd.

We are based out of Plot 3425 in Phase IV of the Vatva GIDC. If you know this area at all, you know it is huge and completely full of factories. Heena Engineering Co. Ltd. has been here for a good bit now. Finding the right plot can be a real headache for delivery drivers because the numbers don't always make sense when you're driving around, but we've been at this spot long enough that most local guys know where we are. The shop floor is where most of the action happens. It is not very quiet here with all the metal work going on throughout the morning and afternoon. We have a lot of old equipment that still runs better than the new stuff sometimes. There is no air conditioning in the shop, just the big open doors to let the breeze in, though in the middle of May it is mostly just hot air blowing around. We keep a pot of tea going for our breaks. Most of our days are spent looking at drawings and then trying to get the metal to do what it is supposed to. Sometimes things go wrong and we have to start over, but that is just engineering for you. It is a messy job and we all go home tired at the end of the shift. We don't have a marketing team or anyone like that. We just do the work and hope the machines don't break.
