Gujarat Raffia Industries Limited

We are based in C-401 at Titanium Square, right at the Thaltej Chokdi. Being on the S.G. Highway means there is always a lot of activity outside our windows. It is a busy part of Ahmedabad and sometimes getting to the office takes longer than it should because of the traffic. Gujarat Raffia Industries Limited has been around for quite some time now. We deal with industrial fabrics and things like that, mostly stuff for packaging or heavy-duty use. Our office is a standard workspace with computers and plenty of tea being made throughout the day. It’s not a very quiet place because the phones are always ringing with people asking about shipments. We spend a lot of time looking at spreadsheets and talking to the factory guys. It’s a lot of coordination to make sure everything is produced correctly. We don’t go for any of that corporate talk; we just focus on the task at hand. Thaltej Chokdi is a good spot for us because it’s easy to meet people here. The building is modern, which is a nice change from where we used to be. We have a small team here and everyone knows their job. It gets hectic around the end of the month, but we usually get through it. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to keep the business running smoothly every single day.
