Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing Company Limited

We are over at Plot No. 102 in Phase I of the GIDC Estate in Vatva. This is a big industrial zone, and our place fits right in with the rest of the factories around here. Even though the name sounds big, the day-to-day life here is pretty grounded. We have workers coming in for different shifts, and there is always a lot of movement near the loading docks. The yard is usually full of materials waiting to be moved inside. We deal with manufacturing, so there is a constant hum of equipment in the background. It’s a large plot, so we spend a lot of time walking from one end to the other. The office area is just a small part of the whole setup. Most of the action happens on the floor where things are actually being made. We’ve seen Vatva change a lot over the years, but the dust and the heat stay the same. We have a canteen where everyone grabs a meal, and that’s where you hear most of the local gossip. It’s a busy environment. We don't have time for fancy talk or complicated slogans. We just have a schedule to keep and products to get out the door. The security guards at the gate know everyone by face. It’s a routine that works for us, and we just keep at it day after day here at Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing Company Limited.
