Practical Solutions (India) Pvt. Ltd. is located in Laxmi Plaza, room 309. We are right across from Alfa-Laval on the Mumbai-Pune Road in Kasarwadi. It is a very busy area and the road noise is something you just get used to after a week or two. Being on the third floor helps a little bit with the sound of the traffic. The plaza itself has a lot of different offices, so there are always people moving around the hallways. We have a basic office setup with the usual desks and chairs. It is a practical space for the kind of work we handle. We do a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. We are not into big corporate meetings or anything like that. We mostly just sit down and get through the list of things that need to be finished by the evening. The location is good because it is easy for people to find us since the landmark across the street is so big. Sometimes it is hard to find parking near the building, so we mostly suggest taking the bus or coming early. We have a small kettle for tea and we take our breaks when we can. It is a steady environment and we have been here long enough that the place feels like a second home to the staff.
