Sri Balaji Furniture

We are located right over in Bodakdev, just across from the Rajpath Club. If you know S.G. Road, you’ve probably driven past Baleshwar Avenue many times. Sri Balaji Furniture is where we spend most of our time. It’s a busy area, so there’s always a lot of traffic and noise outside, but inside we try to keep things organized. We have all sorts of tables, chairs, and cupboards spread out across the floor. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded because we keep getting new stock in and don't always have the space for it right away. It’s a family-run kind of thing, and you'll usually find one of us moving things around or talking to someone who just walked in from the street. We don't do much fancy advertising or anything like that. Most folks find us because they were already in the area or someone told them we had a good selection of wooden pieces. The dust from the wood and the smell of polish is something you just get used to after a few days. We keep the doors open when the weather is nice, though the heat can be a bit much sometimes. It’s not a giant corporate showroom with bright lights and pushy people. It’s just us and a lot of furniture. We try to keep things simple and help people find what they need for their houses without making a big fuss about it.
