Gms Foods is a small business we run over on Gandhinagar Road. We’re located at number 97, which is a spot we’ve called home for quite some time now. Being in Gandhi Nagar means we’re right in the middle of a lot of local activity and traffic. We handle all sorts of food items here, mostly preparing them for distribution to shops nearby. The building is old but sturdy, and it’s seen a lot of hard work over the years we've been here. We didn’t start with much, just a few machines and a lot of energy to get things going. Now, it’s a daily routine that we all know by heart. We get in early to start the processing, and usually, the place is buzzing with noise until the late afternoon. It’s not always glamorous work; there’s a lot of cleaning and heavy lifting involved every single day. We don't have a fancy office or anyone walking around in a suit. Most of us are just in our regular work clothes, dealing with ingredients and packaging. We like the fact that people in the neighborhood know us by our names. It makes the long hours feel a bit shorter when you can chat with a regular who stops by. We aren’t trying to change the whole world, just trying to provide something decent for people to eat. It’s a very straightforward operation with no hidden layers or corporate talk.
