G.K. ROTOTECH PVT. LTD. is located at 21, Samir Industrial Estate, which is part of Phase 1 in the Vatva Gidc area. If you know Vatva, you know it is a massive place with lots of small lanes and units squeezed together. Our spot in Samir Industrial Estate is pretty straightforward. It is an older building, nothing too modern, but it does the job for what we need. We spend most of our days inside the workshop area dealing with whatever needs fixing or making. The air usually smells a bit like oil and metal, which is common for this part of the GIDC. Most of us get here early before the heat really kicks in because the afternoons in Gujarat can get tough. We have a small corner where we keep the records and a desk for paperwork, but most of the action happens on the floor. People often get lost trying to find Phase 1 if they are not from around here, so we usually tell them to look for the landmarks near the industrial estate. There is no big sign or flashing lights, just our door at number 21. We keep to ourselves mostly, focusing on the work that comes in and trying to stay on top of the schedule. It is a bit cramped sometimes when we have a lot of material sitting around, but we make it work somehow. It is just a normal day-to-day operation here.
