Navjivan Engineering Works

Navjivan Engineering Works is situated at 77, Pushkar Ind. Estate on Ramol Road, right in Phase 1 of Vatva Gidc. It’s a busy part of town and there’s always something moving on the road outside. We have a pretty standard setup here with our lathes and tools. It’s not a quiet place by any means. There’s always the sound of metal hitting metal or a motor running somewhere in the back. We started this because we liked building things and fixing what’s broken. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or shiny signs. Most people hear about us from someone else in the estate. We’ve got a small crew, and everyone knows their job. Sometimes we stay late when a big order needs to go out, and other times we might close up a bit early if things are slow. We don't have a HR department or a PR person. If you want to talk to us, you just walk in and find whoever isn't covered in oil at the moment. It’s a practical way to run things. We’ve seen other shops come and go, but we’ve stuck around by just doing the work. Being in Vatva gives us a good sense of being in the middle of the action. We like the grit of it all and the fact that we can just focus on the engineering without any of the extra nonsense.
