Lattice Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is based at Plot No. 201, Survey No. 403. It’s a bit of a specific location, but once you find the survey number, the plot is right there. We are an engineering firm, which mostly means we spend our time with drawings and technical parts. It’s a bit different from the heavy foundry work nearby. We have a mix of office space and a work area where the actual engineering happens. It’s not a very big team, but we’ve worked together for a long time. The day usually starts with a tea and a look at the schedule. We don’t do a lot of talking about missions or goals; we just look at what needs to be built or fixed. The area around Plot 201 is fairly quiet compared to some of the bigger Gidc zones, but it still has that industrial feel. Sometimes we have to wait for parts to arrive from other cities, which can be frustrating. But that’s just part of the job. Most of the people who work here have a background in technical stuff, so we speak the same language. It’s a practical place. We don’t have fancy rugs or expensive coffee machines. Just the tools and the computers we need to get the engineering right. It's a decent place to spend the day. We stay pretty busy with the work.
