Svasaar Value Builders

We are located right beside the primary school. You can always hear the kids playing during their recess, which is a nice break from the sound of keyboards clicking all day. Being at Svasaar Value Builders means we are usually pretty focused on whatever construction or building work is currently on the schedule. The office is small but it fits all of us. We have a big table in the middle where we spread out all the drawings and maps. It’s usually covered in coffee rings and bits of eraser dust. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because it doesn't really help us build things better. Most of us have been in this line of work for years, so we’ve seen a lot of changes in the area. The school has been there forever, and we’ve seen a few generations of kids pass through while we sit here working. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment, just a place where people do their jobs. We know the neighbors and they know us. We don't really have a big sign out front, just the address. If you're looking for us, look for the school and you’ll find the building right next to it. It’s a plain place, but it serves its purpose for what we do every day.
