Aakar Developers.

We are over at Omkar Estate on Gujkomasal Road. It’s where Aakar Developers has been based for a while. The estate is a bit of an older place, but it suits us just fine. We have enough room for our equipment and a small office where we handle the paperwork side of things. Most of our work involves developing small plots and handling construction. It keeps us pretty busy throughout the year. The road outside can get a bit dusty with all the trucks passing by, but that’s just part of being in an industrial or estate area. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably find one of us drinking tea and looking at a site plan. We aren't looking to become some huge company. We just like doing our work and seeing a project finished. It takes a lot of coordination to get things right, and we spend a lot of time on the phone with various contractors. Sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned, but we always find a way to sort it out. That’s the reality of development. We’ve got a good group of guys working with us, and we’ve been at this for many years. It’s just a normal, everyday business trying to get the job done without too much talk.
