You can find us at Sub Plot C-123 in Swastik Society. We are right opposite the lane for Samved Hospital. It’s a quiet enough area for the most part, except for the hospital traffic. We’ve been Aakar Builders for a long time now. We mainly focus on local residential stuff and some smaller commercial jobs. Our office is just a converted part of the plot. It’s got everything we need, like a big table for layouts and a few filing cabinets that have seen better days. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek office. We’d rather spend our time out on the sites making sure things are being built right. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. I might be doing the books in the morning and then hauling supplies in the afternoon. That’s just how it works when you run a local business. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up and do the work that needs to be done. It’s a practical way to live. The neighbors in the society are used to seeing our trucks coming and going. We’ve been part of the community here for a long time and we like the spot we have. It’s where we feel at home while we build homes for others.
