Aamrakunj Realty Limited

Our Aamrakunj Realty Limited office is actually tucked behind Aamrakunj Avis. It’s very near the Tapovan Circle. If you know the circle, you know it can get very busy with all the traffic coming in from the different sides. Being behind Aamrakunj Avis makes it a little quieter for us, which is nice when we need to focus on the paperwork. We have a small sign, but you might have to look twice to see it. Our office is where the real work happens. It’s not a showroom. We have stacks of blueprints and a few laptops that have seen better days. We usually have a box of biscuits on the table for whoever comes in. The walk from Tapovan Circle to our door is short, but you have to watch out for the scooters. We aren't the type of company that has a person in a suit waiting at the door. You’ll probably find us arguing about a measurement or checking the weather report for the next day. It’s a practical environment. We like the location because it’s easy to get to other parts of the city from the circle. The air conditioner is a bit loud and clunky, but it keeps the heat away during the summer. We just keep our heads down and do what we need to do. It’s a simple space that suits us just fine.
