We’ve been doing construction and infrastructure work for quite some time. It’s not the kind of work where you stay clean; we’re usually out in the dirt and the sun. We don't have any big, polished speeches to give. We’re just a bunch of people who know how to build things. The area around Shilaj Circle has been developing fast, and we’ve seen a lot of changes since we started working here. Our office is a place for us to meet and go over our plans, but most of our real work happens out on the project sites. We don't use much corporate language because it doesn't really fit what we do. We just talk about bricks, mortar, and deadlines. Sometimes things get a bit hectic, especially when we have several things going on at once. We just take it one day at a time. Our team is pretty down-to-earth. We don't have fancy titles or a lot of hierarchy. If something needs to be done, someone just does it. We’ve had our fair share of challenges, like every other builder, but we just keep going. It’s what we know how to do. We like being near Shilaj Circle because it feels like we are right in the heart of where things are happening. It’s a lot of work, but we just get on with it.
