A.M. Buildcon.

A.M. Buildcon. is our company, and we’re based at Falak Residency, which is near Amber Heights on Vatva Canal Road. It’s a specific part of town that has been growing quite a bit lately. We’ve been involved in building around here for a while. We aren't a huge outfit with hundreds of employees. We’re a smaller team, and we like it that way because we can keep an eye on everything ourselves. Working along the Vatva Canal Road means we see a lot of the local development firsthand. Our office at Falak Residency is where we do all our planning and meet with people. It’s not fancy, just a functional space where we get work done. We don’t really go for a lot of marketing talk. We just tell people what we are doing and how long it’s going to take. Sometimes projects take longer than we want because of things we can’t control, like the weather or getting permits. We just try to stay honest about it. Our background is just in regular construction work. We learned the trade by doing it, not by sitting in classrooms. We spend our days checking on sites, talking to workers, and making sure we have enough materials. It’s a lot of coordination, but we’re used to the pace. We like being part of the local scene here in Vatva. It’s where we do what we know how to do and get home at the end of the day.
