You can find us at Plot No 161/163 in the Hansol area. We are located right behind the Ram Krishna Tripathi School and across from Noble Nagar Kotarpur. It is a busy little corner of the world. Freshco Food Product Mahalakshmi Gruh Udyog is a bit of a long name, but we are just a simple food business at heart. Because we are near a school, there are always kids and parents around during the day, which makes the place feel very lively. We do a lot of our work by hand, sticking to the traditional ways of making things. Our space is organized but full of the smells of spices and whatever else we are preparing. It is a Gruh Udyog, which means it has that home-industry feel to it. We do not have big automated lines; it is more about people working together around tables. We have been in this spot for a good while and the neighbors all know what we do. Sometimes we have to work extra hours when a big festival is coming up and everyone wants our products. We just keep our heads down and focus on the quality of what we are making. It is a simple, honest way to make a living, and we like being part of the community here in Hansol. We just do our best every day and keep the pots moving. It is not fancy, but it is real work.
