Being tucked away behind the Sirhind Steel Mill in Odhav means it’s a bit quiet here sometimes, which we don't mind. We’ve been at 57 Kailash Estate for a while, just focusing on our industrial stuff. It’s a practical location for the kind of work we do. Most days involve a lot of checking parts and making sure everything is put together right. We aren't a huge corporation with lots of departments; it’s just a handful of us making sure things run. The workshop can get pretty hot in the afternoons, but we’re used to it by now. We don't really bother with much besides the work itself. If someone needs something, they usually know where to find us. We've gotten to know the other shop owners around the estate over the years. We share the same problems like the dusty roads or the occasional rain that floods the entrance. It's a simple setup. We have a desk for the paperwork, but most of the time is spent out back where the tools are. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. People who need us usually find us through word of mouth or because they've worked with us before. It's just a steady way to make a living, and we're content with how things are going. We just keep our heads down and do the daily tasks one by one.
