We’re located in Titanium Square, right at the Thaltej Cross Road. It’s on the S.G. Highway, so the location is quite central for everyone. Ferro Machinery Manufacturers has been around for some time. We have our office in A-1003. It’s a bit different from being in a dusty industrial estate, but the work is still the same. We deal with machinery manufacturing. Even though we’re in a tall building, we still keep things very down to earth. We aren't into the corporate ladder stuff. We just have a team that knows how to handle the technical side of things. It’s mostly meetings and planning here, while the heavy lifting happens at our other sites. We don’t have a polished sales pitch. If someone calls, they talk to one of us directly. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at drawings. The highway is always busy outside our windows. It’s a fast-paced area but we try to keep a steady rhythm. We don't believe in overcomplicating things. If a client needs something, we look at the specs and see what can be done. It’s straightforward work. We’ve built up some good relationships over the years just by being honest about what we can do. It’s a professional setup but we haven’t lost that local feeling. We’re just a group of people who know machinery and like working together.
