Faxonik Communication

You’ll find us on the third floor of the Neelkamal Complex, right near the Havmor Restaurant in Navrangpura. It’s a pretty easy place to find because everyone knows the restaurant. We handle communication stuff here, mostly equipment and setups for people who need to stay connected. It’s a small office, number 306, and it’s usually packed with wires, handsets, and some tools we use for repairs. We aren’t a big telecom company. We’re just local people who understand how these systems work. Sometimes we’re out on a call fixing a line, and other times we’re in the office testing out new gear. Navrangpura is a busy area, so there’s always a lot of movement outside. Inside, we just focus on getting the settings right or helping a customer figure out why their phone system isn't working. We don’t have a scripted way of talking to people. We just listen to what’s wrong and see if we can fix it. It’s been our home for a few years now. We know the other folks in the building and the guys at the tea stall nearby. It’s not a high-tech lab with white coats; it’s just a place where we work with our hands and some electronics to keep things running. If you need something for your office setup, you just come up the stairs and see us. We’re usually around unless we’re out on a job.
