Fairdeal Sales & Service Creative Engineers is located in Shop No 6 and 7 of Sunita Apartment. We are situated right near the Jayhind School Char Rasta in the Maninagar area. Being near a major crossroads means there is never a dull moment outside the window. We see the school kids going back and forth every day. The shop itself is a bit of a mix of an office and a workshop. We have tools in one corner and desks in the other. It gets a bit dusty because of all the traffic outside, so we are always wiping things down. Sunita Apartment is an older building, but it’s sturdy and has a lot of character. We use both shops to make sure we have enough room for all the sales and service work we do. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when we have a lot of equipment in for repair. We don't have any professional cleaners, so we just tidy up after ourselves at the end of the day. The staff here is practical and we don't spend much time on small talk. We just like to get the repairs done and the orders filled. Maninagar is a good place to be based because everything we need is close by. It’s a simple, hardworking environment where the main goal is just to finish the day's list. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors all know us by name.
