Facetech Engineers is based out of unit 76 in the Kailash Industrial Estate. Being right near the Sardar Patel Industrial Estate and the 200 Feet Ring Road in Odhav means it is always noisy and busy around here. There are trucks moving in and out constantly, and the sound of machinery from the neighbors is just part of the background. Our place is basically an engineering workshop and office combined into one. It is a bit dusty and loud most of the time, but that is the reality of engineering work in this part of town. We do not wear suits or sit in quiet rooms all day. Most of us are out on the floor or looking over drawings at the big tables in the back. The team is small but we have worked together for a long time, so we know each other's habits well. We do not really have a big reception area or anyone to greet you with a polished smile; usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and asks what you need. It is a very practical environment. The 200 Feet Ring Road makes it easy for us to get parts delivered, which is the main reason we are in this part of Odhav. We just do the work, fix what is broken, and try to keep everything on schedule for the week. It is not a fancy life, but it is what we know how to do.
