Ex Engg

Ex Engg is located in Jivandeep Colony, right opposite the Gyandeep Society. We are on Nehru Baug Road in Anand, zip code 388001. Our workshop is a bit of a messy place, but that’s because we are always busy with projects. There are tools and metal scraps scattered around more often than not. We don't have a fancy showroom. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in our overalls with grease on our hands. The colony is usually quiet, but we make a bit of noise with the machinery during the day. We try to keep the noise down out of respect for the folks in Gyandeep Society, but engineering work is rarely silent. We’ve been at this Nehru Baug Road spot for a good while. The building is solid, though the roof leaks a little during the heavy monsoon rains, so we have to move the equipment around to keep things dry. It’s just a small team of us. We know our machines and we know how to fix things when they break. We don't have a marketing guy or a website designer. We just do the work that comes in. Most of our day is spent measuring, cutting, and welding. When we take a break, we sit outside on the bench and watch the traffic go by. There is a chai wallah down the street who knows our order by heart now. It’s honest work and we like being part of the local Anand business scene. It's a bit gritty but it's what we do.
