Erhardt + Leimer (India) (P) Ltd is set up out on the Sarkhej-Bavla Highway Road. Our site covers Survey No. 252/1 and 252/2. We are located right near Arvee Denims. It’s a very industrial part of the world. The highway is always full of heavy trucks carrying goods back and forth. It’s dusty and hot most of the year, which is just part of being in this area. Our facility is large because we need the space for what we do. It’s not a place where you’ll find fancy carpets or quiet hallways. Instead, there’s the hum of machinery and the sound of people working. We spend a lot of time on the shop floor or in the back offices. Being near the denim factory means there’s a lot of industrial activity all around us. We have our own gates and a big yard for loading. The commute out here can be long, but once you’re here, there’s a lot to get through. We don’t really do the corporate thing. It’s about getting the jobs finished. Most of us have been here long enough to know every corner of the site. The sun beats down on the highway all day, and the evening breeze is the only break we get. It’s a practical, hardworking environment for a practical business. We’re just another part of the industrial landscape here, doing what we need to do to keep the operations running.
