Epsilon Engineering Pvt. Ltd. operates out of A-37 in the GIDC Electronic Estate, over in Sector-25. It’s a dedicated zone for electronic work, so we’re surrounded by similar businesses. We’ve been in this unit for several years. It’s a good setup for us because the infrastructure is already there. The building itself is pretty standard for GIDC—functional and straightforward. We don’t spend money on expensive signs or lobby furniture. Most of our space is taken up by the equipment we use for our engineering projects. The staff here are mostly technicians and engineers who live nearby. We don't have a lot of corporate rules; we just expect everyone to do their part. Sector-25 is a quiet enough area compared to the main city, which helps us focus. We don’t have a marketing department telling us what to say. We just answer the phone and deal with whatever task is on the desk that day. Sometimes the air conditioning in the office struggles a bit in the summer, but we manage. It’s an honest place to work.
