Eimachinery Pvt Ltd is located over at Plot No-B3 in the Karnavati Estate. It’s part of the Vatva G.I.D.C. Phase 3, near Trikampura Patia. If you’ve ever been to Vatva, you know it’s all industry. We’re right in the thick of it. Our shop floor is usually a mess of metal scraps and oil. It’s just the way it is when you’re working with machines all day. We have a small office space, but nobody spends much time there because there's always something to do out back. The heat can get pretty bad in the summer, especially with the machines running, but we have a few big fans that help a bit. We aren't the kind of company that sends out glossy brochures. Most people find us because they know someone who worked with us before. We just take the orders as they come and try to do a solid job. My hands are rarely clean, and the guys are the same. We talk about the work, the weather, and maybe the cricket scores if there's a game on. It’s a loud place, with the sound of grinding and welding always in the background. We don't have any fancy mission statements or things like that. We just come in, do the work, and make sure the machinery is built right before it leaves the gate.
