Eewa Engineering Co Pvt Ltd is over at 1 Anant Industrial Estate in Rakhial. We are right opposite the Comet Estate. It is a typical industrial area with lots of sheds and workshops lined up in rows. We have been here for years, and the building has a lot of character, which basically means it has seen a lot of hard use over the decades. We focus on engineering work, mostly making metal parts and handling heavy machinery. The shop floor is usually quite loud with the sound of metal being worked on by the guys. We have some heavy machines that have been with us since we first started. Our team is a mix of older guys who know the old ways of doing things and some younger workers still learning the ropes. It is a very practical place. We do not have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. If you walk in, you will probably see someone covered in a bit of oil or dust from the grinders. We deal with blueprints and metal sheets all day long. Sometimes the material deliveries are late, which can be frustrating for everyone, but we manage. We do not really do the whole social media thing or run ads. People find us because they need specific engineering help and they know we are here in Rakhial. It is just honest labor and getting the orders out on time.
