Edible Dreams Food & Beverages (Opc) Private Limited

Edible Dreams Food & Beverages is basically just a small team of us working out of the MIG flats over in Vijay Nagar. We are specifically located at M1-301 on Harni Road. It is mostly a residential area around here, so things stay pretty quiet except for when the morning rush starts and everyone is heading to work. We handle a lot of the food and drink business stuff from right here in this apartment. Since we are an OPC, it is a very small operation, but that is exactly how we like to keep it. We started this whole thing because we really wanted to do something related to the food industry in Vadodara. The kitchen and the small storage area are where most of the daily work happens. Sometimes the place gets a bit crowded with all the supplies and boxes piled up in the corner. Harni Road is actually a very good location for us because we can get to different parts of the city quite quickly when we need to. We spend a lot of our time just testing out different ideas to see what might work for the local market. It is not a massive factory or a polished corporate office. It is just a practical and functional space for a small local food business. We mostly deal with things on a very local level. Most people living in the building know who we are by now. It’s just us and the food. One day we are checking stock, the next we are out meeting people.
